The DelMoCrew returned to Washington DC for the annual Credit Union Cherry Blossom 10 Miler and our final race in the "first act" of our season that started with the New York City Half, The Love Run in Philadelphia, and CUCB. 

April 1st is in a hot minute. This is not a joke. The time has come to reassess, reevaluate, take stock, come up for air, and look in the mirror. Ask yourself two questions: 1. What did you say you were going to accomplish this year? 2. What is your current status and how off/on are you on this declaration?

Why can't the months all be the same number of days? Can't we do something about that? February, you done did it again. You flew by and are smacking me in the face with March like a dead fish. Thanks. So, how's it going so far? The first two months of 2025 were NOTHING like I planned.
